Boarding

Fulltime boarding services are available for mares and their offspring. This includes everything your mare will need including walking-out to other stallions and foaling, which takes place at Conduit Stud. We will also be happy to offer advice on mating plans and suitable sales for foals and yearlings when required.

Sales Service

Overbury Stud is happy to advise on suitable sales and consigns at all major Yearling, Foal and Breeding Stock Sales.

Stallions

We stand three stallions who are described in the Stallions section. We are able to board visiting mares at Overbury Stud or Conduit Stud or they can be walked-in as required.

Foaling

All foaling is carried out at Conduit Stud which belongs to Simon's father, Christopher Sweeting and is run in conjunction with Overbury Stud. Approximately 75 foals are born there every year. Both studs use the same Veterinary Surgeons - Bourton Vale Equine Clinic. Charlie McCartan, the main stud vet, lives next door to Conduit Stud, so is on hand on the rare occasion when veterinary assistance is required.
