Miss Dolly Rocker, the hugely consistent three-year-old daughter of Frontiersman, posted her second victory at Kempton on Monday for owner/breeder Jennifer Dorey and trainer Roger Teal.

The first runner for her sire when she made her debut at the same track last September, the filly was sent off that day at 66/1 and was beaten just a neck when finishing second. She has now run ten times over the last year, winning twice, taking second place on six occasions, and never finishing out of the first three. Her latest win came over a mile, dropping back in trip from her previous victory over 1m2f.

Miss Dolly Rocker, from her sire’s first crop, is out of the Verglas mare Miss Minuty, a six-time winner herself from 36 starts and also the dam of dual winner Silverscape, by Cityscape. Bred by John Pearce, Miss Minuty is a half-sister to the Group 2-placed stayer St Michel.

Frontiersman has so far been represented by four runners, three of which are winners, including Asian Daze and Swedish Calypso.
