Schiaparelli’s leading daughter strikes at Cheltenham.

Schiaparelli’s classy daughter Indefatigable ended her season in style with a 10-length victory in the Listed Glide Mares’ Novices’ Hurdle at Cheltenham. The win was her third in eight starts and she has also been runner-up to Lady Buttons in the G2 Dawn Run Novices’ Hurdle at Doncaster as well as in a Listed contest at Wetherby.

The consistent mare was bred in Ireland by John O’Connor, who races her in partnership with Philip Rocher and is sending her dam, the Kalanisi mare Spin The Wheel, back to Schiaparelli this season.

Indefatigable now has an official rating of 138 and is Schiaparelli’s top-rated daughter, just four pounds behind the four-time winner Whatmore. Another of his multiple winners, Ronald Pump, is entered at Fairyhouse on Tuesday and has already landed three victories in Ireland.
